Gun Control would be my second pet peeve with this President. Something, anything , a extended ad campaign to bring a focus on curbing and then the eventual control of handguns would do for a start.
The murders, accidents and random incidents of gun violence are beyond description. Killing is never a solution. People killing with guns can be minimized.
The 2nd Amendment adjustments are begging to be articulated. The 200 years or more time since it was added to the constitution demands a revision review, by executive order, if necessary. Everything 200 years or older should be reviewed and updated .
The use of Executive Order is another fault of this President . He has made use of this tool of the Presidential office many times. The President has failed to gain the trust or support of Congress from Day one. He couldn’t possibly ever be entertaining the possibility of trusting any of them . This President kept his decision to solve the Osama Bin Laden dilemma in his private war circle, without Congress knowledge or their input.
He thinks independently which clearly is another fault .The branches and limbs of that tree gave him the audacity to initiate and implement the Affordable Health Care Act. Fighting off all opposition and weak spineless supporters,it has grown and taken root. He has managed to complete a new relationship with Cuba. The significance of this and other events of this year are truly historical milestones and done through “Executive Order”.
The sick lies that were predicted by the opposition confirmed the choice of Executive order. When necessary, it would be a “fault” to employ to get anything done. He knew that way back then. He uses drones without permission too.
Questions posed by opposition members of Congress expose the fact that the Republican party has employed a den of charlatans or phony law experts. Someone should remind Ted Cruz and John Boehner that the current President is a Law Scholar who led the study of Constitutional law. He may very well know his limitations with Executive privileges.
His misdirection and lack of skill has provided a record of economical growth , job growth, Stock Market growth unequaled in the nation’s history. This year has brought a “faulted success” at every level of the Presidency This is unprecedented in U. S. history. Foreign policy and U.S. popularity abroad has never ever been better.
Most importantly, this year has revealed the core joys of witnessing the elements that makes the United States the greatest country in the world.
The current price of gasoline is putting an estimated cash deposit in every driver’s pocket of $40.00 per week based on personal figures……Hmmm
