There must be something yet unknown in this sequence of connected events..How is it that we ,as fellow humans , can sit idly by while being insulted with the lies and hypocrisy that that seems to flow unabated and unending from our government .

Five years ago this administration ordered my country’s military forces to attack Iraq…..The mission….: to capture a terrorist,… to find and remove “Weapons of Mass Destruction”…to rid the free world of a potential nuclear menace…..

None of this was ever a truth and there was never a capture of this terrorist …

This is what that action has spawned:

–The death of over ten million Iraqi citizens

–The death of over four thousand American military members

–The loss,/ cost of over one trillion dollars

— The permission of genocide , crimes against humanity in Sudan, Darfur

–The neglect and decay of our schools, health care ,infrastructure

–The absence of the National Guard and their material support

— The absence of desire or effort to respond to natural national disasters

–The mismanagement and pillaging of our national economy …

–The destruction and erosion of respect for our country at home and abroad..

I do not understand why these issues are not a prime priority.. everyday. Issues that are noticed and addressed until accounted for and remedied by all of us, especially our elected leaders..

What am I not knowing? …Can we just be sitting and condoning liars, thieves and murderers…..serial liars, thieves without conscience,and mass murderers all with unquestioned and undeniable guilt, take our freedom and all our future heartfelt hopes and dreams away…. ?

The beginning of every year brings memories of the past and plans, dreams, hopes for the future. Our lives are determined by our actions and choices and the year is another assumed punctuation of the time as are the others …month to the second.

We all have this platform to build or  act on from children to the most elderly. Politicians are compelled to factor actions and choices with the choice to be reelected  as well as relevant. Honesty and integrity is always expected or even assumed until their  words and actions prove the truth  about their character.

The Primary focus today will the website and the government shutdown…The amazing fact to me is that people especially media consistently represented the candidates like a popularity  contest between celebrities…Why Ronald Reagan won and could win forever if the world was not more transparent and the person/candidate is really a representative of values and his morals and their social-economic

It was clearly a different house. Aunt Mary was my grandmothers baby sister .There were seven sisters as I remembered and one brother whose life ended in a tragic fire at a very young age.

These were the Gales sisters from Henderson, N.C who were relocating to New Jersey . The time was circa 1901.

Time is what brings change. Word usage is what defines the change that has occurred. Some changes are merely the “new” way of describing a very old practice or religion.The change that comes to focus today is coitus…..intercourse…..having sex…doing the happy-happy….! Never heard that last one I bet.

Most living creatures are active  participants at some point in their lives in this “necessary pleasure” because the continued existence of said species seemed to depend on this union.

In this moment  I would like to briefly shine the light on humans….yes ,us,   we do speak the verbal word and in many languages.

Back in the day the act of sexual union was often expressed a privilege of declared couples. In love in some way for sure, they tried to seemingly align themselves before proceding to …marriage or living together or “shacking up”. Not at all respectable in a good christian view..Other cultures and beliefs were judged and disposed of as …..”hell Bent”..eventually with other hazards on the trip there.

Words like Adultery, preceded “cheating”..Questions and stories of “lost virginity” abound in all folklore .  Nothing good was supposed to happen from this “casual use ” of such a sacred joy….

Was there a phrase for “FB” in those days or dared anyone talk about their “FWB” in the ..olden days? Where is the love?..Love made it better didn’t it?

Seems an enormous amount of  unnecessary complications could have been missed if the word usage was as flexible or available….or times had changed faster…

  That was what my third grade teacher told me. My home town, Paterson, New Jersey was the “Silk City” of the U.S as Rouen in France was the Silk City of Europe.

She told her class that as part of the reasoning for the lack of  building codes that permitted factories and other business, manufacturing, commercial to be built next residences or homes. This meant that some neighborhoods never slept because the factory and the store were open 24/7.

 Paterson was birthed by Alexander Hamilton who had a special interest in the Falls of the Passaic river that snaked through the growing village that became the first industrial city in the U.S. 

Locomotives,Submarines, Guns(Colt), and the garment industry were the products that the early settlers in the city made and fed their families with their wages.

Streets like Broadway, Main, River ,Straight and E.33rd all had significant meanings other than location. Neighborhoods like 4th ward , Bunker Hill, Eastside and “the Projects and Riverside created their own images and energy that contributed to the legend that has come to define Paterson, N.J. the Rouen of America

The families made the tales..Jones, Cottens, Wimberlys , Carters, Costellos, Kramers, Graves, Iggie and Clarkie, Snitching 101 provided some of the principles that we who lived around Newman’s playground were raised and  JJ and Smooty were two residents  whose lives provided examples of that course from “Street Academy”.

If any human is deemed “expendable” or allowed to be treated as such then we ,humans , are all eligible for that …treatment..A simple rule!

This action and all paths to legitimatise or justify killing or inhuman actions  to others thereby makes one of us…next.

Why would any one who wanted to live endorse or sanction these issues…..beats the hell out of me.
